Loan for housing purchase

Synopex is lending money for home purchases to employees with more than one year of service in order to stabilize the life of their families.
Each quarter is selected based on the number of years of service and number of dependents.
Loan amount is divided into 2 types according to our regulations, and the loan period is operated in 3 types from 2 to 4 years.
In the case of repayment, principal is paid in equal installments based on salary, and interest is deducted based on principal.

Life stability fund loan

Synopex is lending a life stabilization fund to employees with more than one year of service to stabilize the life of their families.
The loan amount is divided into 3 types according to our regulations, and the loan period is operated in 2 types from 1 to 2 years.
In the case of repayment, principal is paid in equal installments based on salary, and interest is deducted based on principal.

Child tuition support

Synopex provides school expenses from kindergarten to university for the children of employees with more than one year of service.
It is applied flexibly according to the fund situation in operation by the company by year and is as follows.
Kindergarten : Support for one child per employee, and quarterly fixed payments are provided for children aged 5 or older just before school.
Middle/High School : Tuition is paid quarterly for 1 employee and 2 children.
University : For each employee and one child, the full tuition fee and a fixed amount for each half of the 2nd and 4th grades are paid separately.
